Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes you can, until 14 days upon order delivery. To exchange or return your order please follow this link.
If the exchanges & returns platform is not showing the desired exchange product you can e-mail us at exchanges@mustiqueworld.com.

Once we have received your original order back at our HQ, we will process your exchange within 3 working days.
In case the exchange product is not available, a gift card of the same value will be issued.
Orders of products on sale are final, thus it is possible to exchange for Store Credit - valid for 3 months.
