Orders placed until 3pm (Lisbon time) are dispatched on the same working day.

We offer free express shipping within the EU on orders over 200€.

We offer free express worldwide shipping on orders over 300€.

      Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union.


      How do I track my order?

      After your order has been dispatched you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking information.


      Can I exchange or return my order?

      Yes, you can exchange or return your order within 15 days of receiving it/purchasing it in stores.

      E-mail us at or and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange/return and the desired new size and/or colour.

      The returned articles must be unworn and original tags must still be intact.

      To make an exchange you will need to make a return and place a new order. You will receive a free shipping generated code to be used on your second order.


      We offer 2 options:


      1. Returns can be sent through Via Directa & MRW (Portugal & Spain) and DHL Express (international).

      International orders: you will receive an email with the prepaid return label and the steps to schedule a pick up or drop-off at the nearest DHL service point.  

      This method allows us to pay for the return shipping on your behalf, withholding the return amount corresponding to your country/zone.

      Return fees are deducted from the refundable amount of your (original) order.


      2. Send your returns with a shipping service of your choice.

      The shipping cost is at your expense.

      In this case you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.

      Once we have received your original order back at our HQ, we will process your exchange within 3 working days. 

      In case the exchange product is not available, a gift card of the same value will be issued. 


      Orders of products on sale are final.
